Annie Appleseed Master Tonic

There is a very old recipe that survivors of the 1918 pandemic swore by which includes your recommended food sources. I’ve made this recipe for many years, myself, and it does prevent many colds, food poisoning, stomach viruses, etc.:

I use a food processor but you could grate equal weights of the following 5 ingredients:

fresh garlic, fresh habanero peppers, fresh white onion, fresh ginger root, fresh horseradish root. Cover it with apple cider vinegar and stir ingredients together.

Put in a dark place and let sit for two weeks, covered, stirring a few times or so. Then it is ready to strain through a cheese cloth and can be taken as needed. One tablespoon at a time in tomato juice tastes great or if you are very tough, put into a little water or take full strength for the most punch.

It’s quite potent and after reading your article I see why it works. 🙂 Thank you for this very interesting read. By the way, use gloves, eye glasses and possibly a mask. These ingredients are not for the faint of heart and those peppers can be irksome to your hands while the horseradish root vapors to me are the strongest upon mincing, yikes. Oh, and be sure to use glass containers and not plastic. Plastic lids are best though so don’t fill quite to the tops of the jars. Keeps forever.


Pamela’s recipe reminds me of another recipe that I have been taking for years now it is called the Flu bomb. The flu bomb is to be taken at the first hints of getting sick. You know when you are getting sick you can feel it coming on. Your body takes a hit, your sinuses take a hit. The very day you feel those first signs you take this yucky recipe. I have done this for the last three years and have not had a full blown cold in all those years. Here is the video link to this amazing recipe. Will these recipes work for the Coronavirus, honestly I have no idea. But I figured it is worth sharing everything we know. If you attempt this recipe, do NOT use the Honey, it is known to increase cytokines. See my other posts to understand why.

Here are the ingredients:

Flu Bomb Recipe:
1 Minced Clove of Garlic
1 Tsp Grated Ginger
1 Tsp Raw Honey
1/4 Tsp Powdered Cayenne Pepper
Juice of One Lemon
1/4 Warm Water
